This is a wysiwyg editor for the cms only....

Turning this on in your ACP allows you to use html in blocks without the need to know html...

Hi

Goto ACP/Configuration/icy phoenix and scroll down the right of the page and find Turn on Wysiwyg Editor

no because it places html into your site which  can cause all sorts of problems
